Make a complaint

If we got something wrong, were unfair, or published something that harms you, tell us. Eleanor Quist, our standards editor, looks into every complaint.

We reply to errors within two business days and to other complaints within seven days, and we accept complaints about anything still online. If we got a fact wrong, we correct it and say so on our corrections page.
